Very outdated. The apartment is stuck in the 80s... Access is difficult because the building's door handle is broken; a neighbor helped us get in... Not at all accessible for elderly or disabled people due to the very steep stairs. It's certainly cheap, but you understand why once you arrive.

I suggest you pay close attention before booking because you have to pay a €200 deposit after paying for the order. I managed to pay for my order, but I can no longer pay the deposit; I almost ended up homeless in the middle of the night. I paid for the order for absolutely nothing! 😡😡 They canceled my order, and I haven't been reimbursed yet. Disgusting.

RUN AWAY!! It's horrible!!! The photographer is a genius at making this place look nice when it's actually a filthy, old dump! See for yourself in my photos. From the moment you arrive, you'll discover a dilapidated, dirty, crumbling building. The front door stays open day and night because the handle is broken (with a piece left on the ground). The floor is filthy right from the entrance, and the stairs are old, dirty, and tiny. Good luck not falling if you have to carry luggage; only children's feet can fit on these tiny steps, and keep your head down to avoid hitting your head. When you get to the door of your "studio," you'll see a simple door with a handle that unscrews, and you'll be afraid it'll come off in your hand. The door and handle seem so fragile that a good kick would be enough to break it. Everything in the studio needs to be redone. The ceilings are completely cracked, the walls are full of stains and holes, the linoleum is torn up, and there's mold everywhere. A broken windowpane is patched with aluminum foil. Remember to bring slippers, which you'll throw away after walking on this floor because they'll be so filthy (I ruined two pairs of white socks). In the bathroom, you're greeted by a soggy, moldy bath mat on the floor. Your showers will be very eco-friendly because you won't want to spend more than a minute in the shower, for fear of getting a fungal infection from the moldy shower tray, and also because the faucet doesn't actually work and only offers cold or scalding water. The dishes in the cupboards are dirty. There's dish soap available, but with an old, dirty sponge. The fridge works, but it must never have been defrosted, judging by the mountain of ice inside. The bed is on a slatted base directly on the floor, the mattress is small and rotten, completely soft, and the faded sheets are full of holes. Good luck sleeping there with the noise and streetlights on all night. There are no shutters, and the curtains, even though they're black, aren't blackout curtains. The "city view" they advertise is actually a view of a brick wall and apartment windows. Don't walk around in your underwear because you'll feel embarrassed when the little boy across the street waves at you from his window. The television turns on but doesn't receive any channels (black screen or distorted image and no sound), only Netflix. In short, when you see the photos, the description, and then the reality, you realize it's a complete rip-off, and I don't understand how this place is still open. The only positive points: I managed not to catch any fungal infections and I wasn't burgled during my stay.

The idea was nice. But it was a big disappointment... the worst night ever, we slept terribly. No television, curtains on the window but a glass door and full outside light. Trash bag at the entrance, bathroom too small... more expensive than a hotel! No parking, 10 minutes to find a spot... And a €150 deposit...
