Apartment in Rue Carpeaux, Roubaix for 33 m² with 1 bedroom, roubaix

3 years after I moved out in May 2023, they contacted me out of nowhere in July 2026 demanding an alleged debt of €932.87 to either be paid within 48 hours or to contact them at a provided phone number. They provided zero explanation for what the claim was for, no breakdown of the fees, and had not contacted me once since my departure.

I was living in the EGIDE residence during my school year 2025 and I can only recommend it. Also the residence administrator Myriam was assisting in every matter around living in the residence, she was always friendly and ready to help. In general I have very good experience during my time here and with all services provided here. Thank you!

Celia was incredibly helpful and prompt throughout the housing process. Her quick responses and clear communication made everything smooth and stress-free. I'll definitely recommend her.

I had an excellent experience with Myriam. She was forthcoming and helpful in any situation during the entirety of my stay in the residence. I can only recommend her.

One of the best residences in France. The manager Magalie is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and she is so supporting and understanding and helpful. Loved spending time with people there. There are instances of people not getting their deposit but it would be a good stay if I got mine.
