Room in 24 Bd Oscar Leroux, 35200 Rennes, France, rennes

Fantastic residence for foreign students! Mme Guenno is very welcoming and does everything possible to keep students happy. As a foreign student, it is often very hard to find somewhere to live from abroad but this residence made the whole process extremely easy. Being fully furnished meant I didn’t have to bring lots of things with me and therefore made moving in and out very easy. Couldn’t recommend it more for anyone coming to Rennes to study. The location is great: close to the fac de droit and other university buildings and the town centre but not close enough to be noisy. Large, clean rooms with everything you could need and as I said before, if you ever need a hand, Mme Guenno will always be available to help!

I lived for a year and a half in a 19m² apartment in this residence. I have absolutely no complaints; everything went very smoothly, the apartment was great, and I didn't encounter any problems. And above all, Ms. Guennou, the residence manager, was always very professional and friendly, readily available to answer any questions. I highly recommend it!

Excellent, quiet residence close to the law school. Located in the city center, it offers easy access to all amenities such as buses and local shops, just minutes away. The residence management is attentive and readily available to its residents. I highly recommend it.

A quiet, secure, and clean residence. The manager, Ms. Guennou, is always attentive and very responsive. I spent two wonderful years here. I recommend this residence 100%! 🙂

Welcoming, safe, and friendly—ideal for a young student. I spent a year here and had no problems whatsoever with my accommodation. Whenever I had questions, Ms. Guennou, the residence manager, was always available and very kind.
