Studio in Rue Mademoiselle, 75015 Paris, France, paris

Disgusting! When I arrived the room was incredibly smelly, they didn’t change neither the bedsheets or towels from the previous client! Stay absolutely away from this! Attaching images of the condition of the room upon my arrival

We didn’t actually end up staying at the property due to unforeseen personal events, but I wanted to thank the host for being incredibly kind, understanding and helpful during a difficult time. He went above and beyond to help resolve everything, and I’m genuinely grateful for his compassion and support.

Great services , Good people ,Eiffel tower only 10m by bus. very Good

DO NOT RENT HERE: I'm staying here today and tomorrow. I regret booking here. We arrived at midnight with 3% battery and the access code didn't work. They told us to ask another hotel on the block for help to open the door. The room is considerably smaller than expected and the photos don't match the accommodation. It's unbearably hot and they give you the smallest fan in the world to cool the room. The bedroom door is covered in dirty drywall and the electrical panel has no cover (a real hazard). Finally, you absolutely have to get around by subway or bike because it's far from all the tourist attractions. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Back in Paris for a few days, I stayed at this place. Note that it's not a hotel but studios. Communication with the host was good. Everything has been recently renovated. It lacks a few amenities compared to typical rentals, but for a short stay, it's perfect. The location is fantastic. Near Rue du Commerce, and therefore not far from the École Militaire and the Eiffel Tower. I will definitely return.
