⭐️⭐️ I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the residence. Throughout my stay, I found the management style extremely controlling and intrusive. I often felt that my privacy was not respected, which made living in the residence uncomfortable. In particular, photos were taken of my apartment and balcony while I was still living there. I raised this issue directly with the manager, as I found it to be a serious invasion of my privacy. The end-of-stay inspection was another major disappointment. My room was left in a good and clean condition, and when comparing the photos from before and after my stay, it is clear that I left it in an even cleaner state than when I arrived. Despite this, I was told that numerous things were supposedly in poor condition. One situation in particular was regarding a chair that was allegedly damaged by the sun. The problem is that the chair shown in the inspection photos was not even the chair I had on my balcony. The manager could not even find the chair I had actually used and instead chose a random chair from the kitchen. If the chair I supposedly damaged could not even be identified, it is difficult to understand what the actual issue was. Overall, I felt that the management was unnecessarily controlling and that the end-of-stay inspection was more focused on finding reasons to blame or potentially charge students than on fairly assessing the condition of the room. For a student residence, I would expect a reasonable level of trust, respect and privacy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I strongly recommend taking detailed photos and videos of everything when moving in and moving out, and keeping records of any communication with management. Based on my experience, I would personally not choose this residence again.

Amazing Residence, best for international students, for the price it's amazing, specially the warden Cedric, gestionaire very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast oh my god amazing!

This is a great place to live right outside of Paris with 2 metro lines within walking distance as well as a bus. The rooms are more spacious than you would think for a school housing. Jules is also a really great manager and always willing to help in any way he can! Overall a great place.

Had a really bad experience with the staff here. They are really dishonest and don't care about the residents at all, all they care about is getting as much money as possible from the residents. They even tried to charge me for damage I had already reported to them before I moved in. And in the end, they didn't return me all of my deposit, in fact funnily enough, wanted me to pay even more on top of that. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
