Rue Saint-Louis en l'Île, paris

We stayed at "The Rose" on Ile Saint Louis from April 27 to May 4, 2026.  What a beautiful apartment and what a great spot!  Away from the crowds but still close to everything.  The photos in the listing on the Guest Apartment Services website are completely accurate. My own photos couldn’t do justice to the space.  Nice living space, cozy and beautiful bedroom loft (with a convenient half bath handy). We loved the little patio full of flowers, where we would sit outside and watch the cruise boats going by. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Every thing you could possibly need. The bed linens are superb, and the towels are thick and lush. The windows are huge and bring in a lot of light.  They also offer soundproofing which is an added bonus, since, across the Seine is a natural gathering place for Parisians in the evening hours, including lively music.  Once the windows are closed, the apartment is comfortably quiet.

We just stayed at a beautiful apartment in the Le Marais District of Paris facing the Seine River. Absolutely stunning location. Given the price point we were surprised that our repeated requests for additional hangers and god forbid more that 1 shower gel or bar of soap would be such an endeavour. We did get the one more bar of soap!! We left the apartment immaculate. They state in the contract the is a 50 Euro penalty if the dishwasher is not stacked and put on? Hmmm … what do we do about a lack of service. Can we surcharge them ? The owners should be aware of this!

We rented the apartment, Cotton, mid May. We cannot say enough about the exemplary service of this company. Initial inquiries, booking, limo arrangements were handled with efficiency and timeliness. They personally escorted us to the apartment to show us around and review appliances, etc. The apartment was perfect! Rest assured, the photos on the site do the apartment justice. Very comfortable and thoughtful amenities. The location was perfect. You can easily walk everywhere - the Marais, Notre Dame, Louvre. And lastly, the view - stunning. We hope to be back next year!

We just completed a stay at the Rose apartment, located along the Seine in Ile Saint Louis. The apartment is cozy, charming, and well decorated, with some very nice surprise amenities. For those who like an outdoor patio, this is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine watching the boats pass by on the Seine. It is difficult to imagine finding a better view of the river. When the weather is warm, people gather across the river or run/bike along the Quai, and sometimes there is music at night there, but it is inspiring rather than annoying. With that said, the building and neighborhood is very quiet, and we slept well. The Guest Apartment Services staff is excellent, and while they are available as needed, they do not bother you unless assistance is required. This is our second time using there services. They are friendly, professional, and can be trusted. Merci beaucoup! A bientot!

We had a wonderful 11 days stay in Paris at the Windows on Seine apartment. It’s was a dream come true to stay in an apartment on the Ile Saint Louis. GAS were very helpful and professional. Communication with them was amazing and they provided us with excellent information to help enjoy our stay. I highly recommend their services.
