Room in 4 Sq. Vitruve, 75020 Paris, France, paris

Overall 9/10 for the money and proximity to Paris. Metro nearby. Room was clean and modern and well kitted out at this price. If the maintenance was improved for little things that are damaged in the room it would be 10/10. Slept so good on the bed and fan above the bed added to the comfort.

I stayed at Student Factory Paris Bagnolet in March 2026 and genuinely loved the experience. The residence is exceptional 💎 very clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The building is modern, smart, and secure, with an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable the moment you arrive 🧘 What truly makes this place special is the Responsable de site, manager, Marc. He is the real star of the crown of this community - incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. His presence brings a human warmth that is rare to find today. You can feel that he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in maintaining such a welcoming environment! This place combines peace of mind, comfort, and genuine professionalism.

I stayed in student factory for 1.5 years and had a really good experience. The building staff takes good care of the building and maintenance, and is always ready to help in case of issues. It’s conveniently located at the centre of Bagnolet, right next to the Marie, with grocery stores, metro, etc close by. I would highly recommend for short/ long stay!

If you're a woman travelling solo or with other women seek other accommodation immediately. The location is not safe at all, while driving towards the accommodation, there were already men knocking on my car window. It gets extremely quiet at night so you have to be extra cautious. If you're planning to maximise your safety by booking taxi's or other forms of direct transport forget about it because they cannot drop you off directly in the front of the Student factory. This means if you're coming home late you have to walk through a dark and dangerous back alley filled with people that obviously don't have good intentions, or you have to walk through another section that again gives any potential perpetrators time to attack. The accommodation itself lacks a traditional check in. When I arrived they didn't even check my ID to confirm I was really the person that booked the room and the reception is basically non-existent and staffless 80% of the time. There is 0 air conditioning so if you're lucky and placed in the last floor you will most probably experience a heat stroke. The air gets stuffy and its very hard to fall asleep because the rooms are not even a tiny bit sound proof. If you decide to shower forget about hot water because there is none. Would not recommend.

Very convenient location (Lidl is just below, 10 minutes away from the metro/tram, not that far from CDG), friendly staff you can always ask for help (English-speaking too), big and clean appartements with everything you might need. Definitely recommend as a student residence.
