Apartment in Rue Scheffer, 75016 Paris, France, paris

This is by far the best student residence I’ve experienced during my time in Paris! The residence offers everything a student could need: a gym, a lounge area, a coworking space, a food vending machine, and laundry facilities — all in one place. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the people here are truly friendly and kind. I’d especially like to thank Blaise Wamba for organizing events and celebrations in the lounge, which helped me meet new people and feel part of a real community. My rental contract is ending soon, but I’ve decided to renew it — simply because this place is fantastic. I absolutely love living here!

I spent one year here, and it was very pleasant. The hallways were always well-cleaned by the residence maintainers. The most convenient feature of this residence was that the manager and workers could speak English, so I could communicate with them. Unfortunately, washing machines and dryers broke down frequently, but those problems were negligible.

The rooms are really good, the common spaces for study are also good but sadly we didn't stay enough to use the common kitchen because it wasn't ready. Blaise (the manager) was really helpful every time that we had some issues. The residence is really well located, near supermarket and train station

In general this is a nice place to stay. However if your room faces the train factory, this generator might be with you 24 hours no stop and don't know how long it will be there. (This time it has been running for 24 days ) below are the noise level for your reference

Cool residence with great neighbourhood, everything is new in this building, I spent 4 months in Paris, great place to live
