Apartment in Pass. du Guesclin, 75015 Paris, France, paris

My daughter has been living at Issy 1 Residency since 2023 and the experience has been excellent. The residence is clean, renovated, and very well maintained, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention goes to the manager, Madame Lokmane, who is highly professional, attentive, and always available. She responds quickly to any issue, and her kindness and dedication truly improve the quality of the stay, making the residence feel safer and more supportive for tenants. The location is very convenient and safe, close to supermarkets, Metro Line 12, hospitals, restaurants, and more, while still remaining quiet and pleasant. There are also regular activities that help students connect and build a friendly community atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice student's residence in a safe neighborhood with supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and metro station close by. My apartment was totally renovated and is very cosy for students. I had a very warm welcome from Mrs Lokomaine. What a great person always there when l needed her and she is very helpful. Will definitely recommend this beautiful residence!

I lived in this residence while completing my internship in Paris for 5 months. The residence is well located, very close to metro line 12, the area is calm, and there are a few grocery stores within walking distance. Mme Lockmane was absolutely excellent regarding any questions or concerns that I had, she is always very friendly, and more than happy to help in English if you are not comfortable with French yet. I would recommend this residence to any student looking for a place to stay in Paris, and if I ever have the opportunity to return here, I would do it without any hesitation.

I stayed there for 4 months and whenever I needed help with anything Madam Jamila would always help, she’s so kind, warm and friendly, every now and then she would make gatherings for everyone to hangout and get to know each other!

I lived in Issy 1 for a little less than a year and can say my stay was fantastic. When I arrived everything was clean and worked well. The staff was incredible, especially Mme Lokmane who helped me set up electricity because I did not speak French. Any international student will be very happy living here. It also has an excellent location with line 12 taking you to the center of Paris in less than half an hour.
