What students say
Namira Nahla
The administrative staff at the Paris Voltaire residence are completely incompetent and disrespectful. During my phone call, they spoke to me in a narcissistic and contemptuous manner. This attitude towards students is unacceptable. Absolutely avoid this place!!! I was asked to change my guarantor three times, each time extending the pre-reservation period for my accommodation. I put in every effort to complete my application, and after countless back-and-forths, I was told that the accommodation had finally been allocated to someone else. They could have told me this from the start and saved me the effort and wasted my time and energy for nothing.
Ramzi KAMMOUN
Superb Nexity residence, not to mention the kindness and professionalism of the residence manager, Nabila. She's always attentive and responsive to all the students. I can count on her at any time, day or night. She's always available. The residence is clean, and everything is close by. The residents are friendly, and it's absolutely peaceful. Perfect for students. A thousand thanks again to Nabila!
mon avis
As a tenant of the Voltaire student residence located at Passage St Pierre Amelot, 75011 Paris, I am writing to report that we have had no hot water for approximately one week. The problem remains unresolved. It has been difficult to speak to a manager. Advice: avoid this residence.
Corinne Mayer
