1 Month waiting for them to answer my prebook, just to know that they did not have any flat for me!

I just arrived a month ago and I wanted to share that I've had a very positive experience at this FacHabitat residence. The apartments are clean, soundproofed, well-maintained, and pleasant to live in. The residence is also ideally located, with quick access to metro lines 4, 10, 12, and 13, which makes getting around Paris incredibly easy. The neighborhood is also lively and close to many shops and services. A big thank you to Mr. Goncalves, who is very attentive, responsive, and always ready to find solutions quickly. He truly takes students' feedback into account and does what's necessary to improve anything that isn't working in the apartment, which is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this residence for its excellent location and the quality of the service.

Welcoming, attentive, and very available, he took the time to give me lots of advice to ensure my move went as smoothly as possible. I particularly appreciated his attention to detail: he didn't hesitate to take immediate action to repair certain items before I moved in. This kind of care truly makes a difference. You can sense his genuine commitment, his high level of professionalism, and his real passion for his work. The Auguste Rodin Residence is already very pleasant, but his presence makes it even more welcoming and reassuring.
