Great and friendly host which she is present any time needed, great location, super clean place. Has all the needful to feel home. Cleaner provided once weekly. Elevator available “you don’t really needed as the apartment locted at the first floor. High security around the area and inside the building. I had a beautiful stay with Parisian feel of home. 🥰🤩 keeping in mind my priority is safety and clean along with trust of the host. 🥰when I stay away from home. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Specially for long stays I stayed for a month. The place offer all the needful to enjoy your trip or stay in Paris. Loved staying here! The room was lovely and super clean (cleaning service once a week). All the other roommates were very kind, and the host was almost always available, providing help quickly and efficiently. The location is extremely safe, right next to the Palais de l'Élysée. Just a 6 minute walk gives you access to metro lines 1, 8, 9, 12, and 14, super convenient. You have your own private room, can cook using your designated fridge and pantry space, and do your laundry whenever you need. I would definitely recommend it for a longer stay in Paris – it truly feels like home!

DANGEROUS, INHUMANE, EXPLOITATIVE: I'm writing this review to protect others, particularly women and people of color, from what I experienced here. NOTE: I didn't request an extension. It was advertised as month-to-month. I had a mid-month move-out and wanted to wait until the end of the month. SAFETY: The "room" I rented is inhumane and DANGEROUS. It has NO exterior window - only an internal window that opens directly onto the building's public hallway. One night I woke up to a strange man in the hallway staring into my bedroom while I slept. I moved in at night and thought it was just an air shaft; in my worst nightmares, I didn't think this was possible. There is no privacy, no natural light, and no ventilation. You can’t tell if it's day or night, raining or sunny. This is not a habitable space, it's a closet being rented at full apartment prices. They knew about the safety issues but took no action and did not warn the next tenant, who experienced the same violation in the same room. Police are now involved and have contacted me to aid their investigation. The flat has 8 people but NO common areas, every shared space is converted into bedrooms. Toilets frequently don't flush, the air is stale and smells bad, and there's no emergency egress. This would be immediately shut down in any city that enforces basic safety codes. Early one morning the husband and multiple workmen entered the flat without proper notice and used a key to unlock and enter a female tenant's bedroom while she slept. She had to verbally stop them so she could get dressed. They repeatedly enter the flat without notice even though we asked for appropriate advance notification. Financial fraud: The listing advertised utilities as included. After I moved in, they added over €200 per month in "utility fees." With 8 people they're claiming over €1,600/month in utilities, which is clearly a scam to inflate rent after booking. They delayed my move-in by 9-10 days after confirmation, promised in writing to prorate my next month's rent, then refused to honor it. I had to send them a screenshot of their own written promise before they would create the correct invoice. I also heard from others about similar dishonest pricing practices. Threats and retaliation: When I followed the rental platform's 48-hour tenant protection policy, Claudia threatened to call the police - even though I had done nothing wrong and was following the proper procedure. Both she and her husband demanded additional payment before the platform could mediate. Racist treatment: I was the only Black tenant among exclusively white tenants during my stay. I was threatened with police - something I believe would not have happened to a white tenant, particularly given the ways that people like me are made to fear police interactions. Substandard conditions: -Toddler-sized bed with a crib pad instead of a proper mattress -Another tenant's desk completely fell apart, she had to ask to borrow mine. The tenants also share a single key to the flat. Their response falsely calls my window view a "patio." It's a covered, enclosed air shaft with slanted corrugated roofing and debris. Not a patio. Not open air. I have included photos. Other tenants have confirmed the same uninhabitable conditions. This is not a comprehensive list - there wasn't room for everything. This is not a legitimate rental. It's an unsafe space being operated by people who: -Lie about costs to trap tenants -Threaten and intimidate when challenged -Violate privacy and safety boundaries -Knowingly endanger women by ignoring safety complaints -Target vulnerable populations (students, foreigners, women) The room is inhumane. The practices are exploitative. The operators are untrustworthy. If you're considering renting from Jump in Paris, please don’t. Your safety, your money, and your peace of mind are worth more than this. The experience was a 10/10! The location is perfect, safe and quiet and the room is very spacious. The host is very attentive and we had great communication.
