Beautiful old building but modern interiors.. lovely place to stay. It is next to a very nice bakery and a beautiful cafe. Spent lovely time with my family. Only it was bit difficult for my parents to climb the stairs till 2 nd floor. And 2nd floors has another set to f stairs to climb to get to the hall and rooms.

At this price we had much more room than a hotel suite we would have gotten. However, as shown in the attached pictures we found layers of dust on the light fixtures and artwork, stains on the furniture, mold in the bathroom, and stains on the wall. Also; the people upstairs were very loud: walking and dragging furniture from 6am till after midnight.

Stayed for 4 nights, and it was a pleasure. Starting with the rooms: They have everything one could need: a comfy bed (though I felt like there are too many pillows 😅), a kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils, and silverware. Everything is clean and tidy, and pleasant to use. One thing to consider: if you are booking apartment 1, please bear in mind that it could be quite loud since the bed is right next to the main entrance to the building. But overall, the place is quiet. Me being quite a light sleeper, I had a great night's sleep. Location: great accessibility to everything. The subway station is a 5-minute walk, and it's 15 minutes from line 14, which will take you to/from Orly airport. Corner shops are literally a minute's walk from the hotel. Bars and cozy restaurants are close too (but in Paris they are everywhere in this part of town). Landmarks are 25-30 minutes on foot.

We stayed 3 nights in the Ground Floor 2-bed flat (making use of the lounge sofa bed as an extra bedroom too). The place was clean on arrival, bed linen and towels all good quality. The place itself is decent, although not exceptional. Compared to other similar offerings it felt like good value for money.

The rooms are clean and perfectly equipped. However, I stayed in room 4 on the first floor, a little studio - the door is so thin you can hear everything going on in the halls; People coming back from dinner and drinks - people leaving with suitcases to catch early flights.. So sleep was very disturbed.
