The dorms are very spacious. They come with a living area, dining area and full kitchen. There are individual bedrooms within the apartment like dorm. Although some dorms only have double rooms. The closets are small. One item for improvement would be to add a utility closet to store things like mops, brooms, etc. Bathrooms are two students per bathroom.

Unlike Brooks Residential College, this is one of the best places you can live on campus. It isn't as good as Heritage or University Parks but it is nice and huge compared to everywhere else. There are also a lot of exits so it is easy to sneak in and out of if necessary.

Our daughter and her flat mates are very happy and so are we!! Brooks flats are so roomy and everyone we’ve met so far have been super friendly! Beautiful views of campus from Brooks Flats as well!

Good dorm. Clean and well kept, only complaint is the rooms aren't as big as University House.
