Room in 3 Av. Raymond Bergougnan, 63100 Clermont-Ferrand, France, clermont-ferrand

Stayed in this place for 9 months and have got no complaints at all. It was a peaceful home within a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of friendly people living nearby. The place is absolutely clean, and has a very soothing vibe. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Would loved to have stayed for more months had the personal situation allowed it. Would recommend it to anyone.

Stayed here for about 2 years while completing my masters Everything went well and the staff was great. My apartment was decently sized, and except for the stove top (which I'm told they are replacing) had no real issues. Some notes: -the location is a bit far from the city center. there are no busses after about 22:00 and the streets turn off all the lights around 00:00. Otherwise, there is a bus that should take you where you need to go. There is a garage so if you have a car it's not a problem. -there is a mini market and a supermarket nearby -if you are sensitive to noise make sure to ask whether your room is located near the laundry room. I was about 2 doors down from it and people constantly left the dryer beeping for hours even in the dead of night on weekdays.

Very nice clean place and extremely friendly managers. I was very happy the 6 months I stayed

George Sand is the place to be if you want a clean, quiet, and friendly residence. Rooms are large, and facilities and amenities provided like gym, sportif area, resident lounge, and the best, most friendly staff at reception to help international students with their queries requirements. Only downside is it is 25 minutes walk to ESC Clermont (bus in 10 minutes) but quite close to Blaise Pascal campus.

Nice apartments even if not in pristine conditions anymore. They have everything a student needs. Short walking distance to the Blaise Pascal campus.
