This agency is the worst it cannot get any worse (beware if you're an international student). They're not professional, they do not respond to emails, nor phones (nobody picks up except "service commercial" duh). They wouldn't provide any viable or reliable info. I was trying to get my deposit and it was a pain in the neck. I do not recommend at all.

I lived at Twenty Campus as an international student for a semester and I would not really recommend it. Positives: The facilities are fairly clean and modern. Your room can be cleaned once or twice a month by staff. The residence is in a gated community with a security guard in a safe, very quiet neighborhood. It's 5-10 minutes walking to the nearest train station and you can be at the center of Paris in 30 minutes. It's also only 630 Euros per month (with water and electricity included) for a room which is some of the cheapest in Ile de France. Negatives: It's an incredibly unprofessional place. When I arrived to move in, the residence manager (Fanny) and I walked into my room and it was clear she had never checked to make sure it was prepared for me. The floor had crumbs and dust on it. The desk had smears. The closet door had fallen off and was leaning against the wall. 1/2 of my power outlets did not have electricity and one of my lights did not work. Finally, my toilet didn't flush. As an international student who doesn't have a safety net in France and doesn't speak French, this was frustrating and scary for me. The residence manager told me that day that I could not stay at the residence that night and I would have to come back tomorrow since my room was not ready. Twenty Campus also made me sign a contract that started 10 days before I wanted to move in so I also had been paying 10 days worth of rent and my room was still a mess. I had to arrange my own transportation and find a new place to stay for a night. I arrived the next day and still nothing had been fixed. I moved in anyways. For the first 10 days that I was there, I did not have a toilet and had to walk outside to a separate building to go to the bathroom. The residence manager would take days to reply to my messages and eventually things were fixed. I was never compensated or refunded for these inconveniences. Throughout the rest of my stay, there were small problems and when I would message the manager, she usually would ignore them or take several days to reply. Another thing to note is that every month, I had to send a few emails requesting for a link to pay rent. I'm not sure why they wouldn't send me the link without me having to request multiple times. Basically, nothing is easy or sensible at Twenty Campus. Finally, I only just got my rent deposit back even though I moved out 4 months ago. I emailed multiple people at Twenty Campus including Fanny who ignored my messages until a representative from my school got involved. Don't stay at this place unless it's your last option. Stay at the You First Campus in Bagnolet for the same price, better facilities, and closer to the city.

Very unpolite staff. No one answers the phone, neither the mails. Once in a while they text back on Facebook but nothing actual to help just basic. If it would be possible I give a zero, I do not recommend it to anyone!!

Excellently. Maybe the best place to stay. Close to the city with no disturbing sounds.
