If you are going to move into this place, you will REGRET it. I would like to share my experience of doing “état des lieux (state of place at the end on of lease)” here. The residence manager checked the condition of my studio and started writing something on the checklist. Because I am not fluent in French, I called my colleague and asked what the manager was writing, and my colleague told me that the manager wrote my room was dirty and I have to pay for the cleaning fee. I thought my studio is clean enough and asked for an explanation. The manager then began to get angry with me and with my colleague across the phone. You know, you should not sign the legal document if you do not understand the contents of it and I have a right to claim to the content that I disagreed with. However… the manager got irritated and yelled at me. She keeps adding contents to the checklist and nervously pulled out all the dishes in the cupboard and dropped them, and the plates began to roll around the floor. I was so scarred at the moment…. After then, she check every hidden place in my room like back of the refrigerator, under the bed…etc and even peeled the bedcover (why?). What she wanted to do was nitpicking, rather than checking the condition of the room. Eventually, my French colleague came to my studio to save me from this HELL because everybody in my team knew I was in big trouble. As a result of my colleague's complain, it turned out that the manager did not give me the Etat des lieux document that she had to give to me. Also, I wanted to know how much the cleaning fee would cost but the manager did not tell me (I really do not want to sign if I do not know how much it will cost). The manager said she is busy and make us waiting for a long time. I knew someone else who had the worst experience when she checked out from this Nexity studea residence, so I did not want to experience the same. I tried really hard to clean up my room but I had the same terrible experience as her. Now I knew. This is just recurrent thing in this residence and PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF BEFORE YOU MOVE. Finally, below is the picture of my studio which the manager yelled for two hours that the room was dirty. (When I took this picture, the manager interrupted me and screamed.)

The manager Lepeck is very rude, she cheat me by deducting my deposit for 70 euros, it is ridiculous by excuse that I didn't clean room properly like clean like children. This situation happened to many students, then the best thing to do is avoid

Brand new building, very approachable and amicable building manager, great equipment and services. A bit expensive, but the neighborhood, the building, and the customer experience make it worthwhile. Highly recommended student housing!

A huge thank you to Aymerick, the residence manager! Professional, kind, and always available, he listens attentively and answers all questions with a smile. The residence itself is very clean. The location is very clean and pleasant, with a bakery, market, cafes, bars, and restaurants just steps away. The Boulogne-Billancourt and Marcel Sembat metro stations (line 9) are a 10-minute walk away—everything you need to feel comfortable in Boulogne every day. I highly recommend this residence!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this student residence. The facilities are very modern and well-maintained. The accommodation is comfortable and functional. The location is excellent, very convenient for public transport and nearby shops. I would also like to thank the staff and administrators: they are always available, welcoming, and efficient when needed. I highly recommend this residence.
