At the beginning i really like the accomodation. It was ok and the manager was kind. Even i recommended it to my friends. I stayed there for 8 months. But the check out process was abusive. I left in September 2023 but they did not give back my deposit. They reached out to me by early January 2024 (which was already more than 2months since my check out) and mentioning that my deposit was not enough to cover the reparation after my stay there. They charge me for so many things and marked up the price significantly. They charged me €20 for a mug that was not even exist in the first place, charged me €36 for shower curtain that was already full of stains and dirty before i came. Also descaling of WC for €72, and not sure why did they need to do that, charged me €450 for painting. I'm an international student and I dont know how things work here in France. I had no proof and just pay whatever they asked me for the sake that I don't want to have any problem here. But for those who are thinking to book this place, especially the international students, think very carefully. Cause I thought that well establised residence will be very professional compare to apartment owned by individual landlord but it turned out to be a biggest scammed I have ever experience.

I had an excellent stay for almost one and a half years. All in one for living aside from your room that you might not realize that it's what you call for convenience life; wifi, laundry room, gym, and even a breakfast room with free proper breakfast are included in the apartment rent.— Recommended for those who want to begin with a smooth settle up as a student here. Had a great stay in this residence for almost 18 months. It was recently built, has great facilities and is relatively well organised. The manager is readily available and happy to communicate. The managing team also organises events frequently to enhance the social fabric in the residence. Highly recommended for students!

I stayed at this accommodation for 6 months. It was a great place - very organised, close to the station and the city centre and with good facilities. The place is good for international students. I'm not fluent in French, but it was no problem, and Rémi, the manager, was very helpful throughout the stay - friendly and easy to communicate with.

I stayed at this residence for 12 months, it was very nicely accommodated; close to the center and to the station. Very convenient for international students. The in house manage Rèmi is very helpful and friendly especially in terms of dealing with paper work ad bureaucratic matters.
