Apartment in Place de l'Hôtel de ville, Amiens with 1 bedroom, amiens

excellent residence with good facilities. excellent welcome.

I've been living at the Citadelle – Les Belles Années student residence for four years now, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. I've lived in two different apartments (a studio and then a one-bedroom) and in both cases, everything went very smoothly. Upon my arrival, the few minor issues I encountered were quickly resolved, which immediately instilled confidence. Since then, I have absolutely no complaints: the residence is well-maintained, quiet, and pleasant to live in. A huge plus goes to the new manager, Bérénice, who is absolutely superb: very available, responsive, and professional, she handles requests promptly and provides excellent follow-up. It's truly reassuring to have such serious and personable management. In short, a student residence I wholeheartedly recommend. Everything is perfect, no problems whatsoever.

A beautiful residence, both inside and out. The facilities are clean and well-equipped (cafeteria, gym, laundry room, bike storage), as are the apartments (living room, bathroom, kitchenette). It boasts an ideal location in the city center, close to several bus stops serving the entire city. The management is excellent, demonstrating high-quality service and professionalism. The setting is pleasant. I highly recommend it!

The lease was signed and the apartment keys handed over in less than 10 minutes… but since then, the problems reported in September remain unresolved… We had to do some repairs ourselves. We're constantly given dates and deadlines, but nothing is happening… The service is appalling. The only thing that changes is the rent amount…

Beautiful residence, but the shower drain was clogged before I even took a shower, the toilet was clogged before I even used it, the ventilation system was broken, there was old water damage, the baseboards are crumbling, and the linoleum is in terrible condition (supposedly replaced months ago). Even former residents received the same promises. The service is deplorable; I haven't been able to reach a manager for two days. When they answer the phone, it's always "maybe…" or "I'll get back to you," which they obviously don't. Noise disturbances in the common areas go unpunished. We found a homeless person completely drunk in our hallway who had apparently slept here before. There are clowns banging on the door in the middle of the night and then running away. The elevator button on the ground floor only works one time out of four, and the ground floor lights are on strobe mode because they're probably about to break down. In short, the good old days are fantastic.
