Private room in a spacious, cosy detached house in Vantaa, at Helsinki, border, vantaa

The whole place was literally amazing in a very reasonable price. We booked a contemporary petite studio for Two, and it was absolutely well equipped with everything needed at that time. It has proper kitchen with the baking oven and utensils. Room was very clean and cozy. Everything was well managed and organized. Definitely recommended to everyone.

Messages & communication ahead of arrival were excellent, the team were highly responsive to questions we asked in advance of arrival. Check-in process was smooth, as was accessing the room. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a reasonably well appointed kitchenette, with fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, kettle and microwave. There were only 2 coffee pods provided within the room cost and not replaced, but coffee is available from the reception area for 1.50 euro - take your own cups down if you want to use them. Bathroom has a walk-in shower, with the most pointless of shower screens - more water was expelled out onto the bathroom floor than was stopped by the screen - no mat's provided to stop slips. The bed is tiny! I have just looked back at the booking and it says it is a double bed - my partner and I couldn't both lie on our backs on the bed, it was that small- is that standard double bed in Finland? The mattress is almost non-existent, it must only be around 40-50mm thick - I woke with bad back pain each morning. No couch or seating provided other than the small dining table and the worlds most uncomfortable chairs. There are no TV's provided within the rooms. There were also no instructions on how to work the heating (which was largely unresponsive when pushing the buttons) - so we had a sweatbox for the last 2 nights of our stay. With all of this being said, due to it's location / proximity to where I needed to be for the weekend, I would stay again, however, I would look to get a larger room / studio next time.

Long term stayed, leave with a very unhappy experience. I stayed at Noli for a year and the longer I stay the more unsatisfied I were, The hotel is lobby is always crowded with drinker that party to the last minutes, the gym is full unorganized people with no common sense, always leave equipment on the floor. When you leave, you have to be magical person since cleaner always find something wrong with your room for them to clean, the room always have air conditioning and ventilation but when the cleaner come in there a bad odor, you don't have floor cleaning machine and using mop to clean the floor, good luck because cleaners will have to clean it with machine to make it shine. You don't own a bed and using their bed, well their will turn the bed up side down to look for clint cluster to clean. The whole cleaning process does not look like it took 4 hours but they said it is so you just have to believe them and just pay extra 160€/hour for them to clean.

Noli Myyrmäki was the safe landing for me and my partner and my dog the first day when we arrived which was a very cold winter day. And Noli also helped to settle in so easily with everything almost available for a light furnished studio. And we stayed there peacefully for 3 months, so comfortable that we wouldn’t have moved out so early if life did not demand for more. All the shops are in 15 minutes walking distance with no hassle whatsoever. Bus stop right at the front door. And a long beautiful forest trail to exercise right behind the studio. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Noli Myyrmäki Team for your professionalism and care during our stay!

Overall, my stay at the property was lovely and I appreciated the experience. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. The bi-weekly cleaning could have been more thorough, as there was still dust on the lamps and shades. It would also be very helpful to have a toaster, an iron, and an ironing board available in the room instead of only in the common areas. A small cleaning bucket and cloth in the room would also be a nice addition. In terms of kitchen supplies, there was no rolling pin or tin opener available, and there was only one towel cloth provided, which made it a bit inconvenient during daily use. Additionally, when my partner visited, I was unable to get extra pillows from the host and had to purchase them myself. Lastly, the common areas were sometimes left dirty for long periods of time. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my stay and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests. Also make sure that you never loose your card as a 75 EUR fee will be applied which its a bit ridiculous compared for all the money spent there.
