Cozy 3-bedroom flat close to Playa de Aguadulce, almeria

My wife and I have enjoyed our second winter renting this beautiful beach villa, so much that we stayed six weeks this year and plan to extend to two months next year. It’s an ideal location directly on the beach, with safe access for biking, jogging, or just enjoying the views of the Mediterranean. The rental itself is very comfortable and convenient with easy access to local services, restaurants, groceries, etc with covered off street parking and gated/secure entrance. We highly recommend this villa and its host Carlos is extremely helpful and kind.

This beautiful and super clean bungalow offered amazing views that never failed to captivate me. I spent 28 days here and never tired of the scenery. Carlos was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making him an excellent host. I highly recommend this place.

This is a very rare find - the back patio opens directly onto the beach. The unit is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. There are miles and miles of bike paths and walking trails along the water. The hosts were kind and very responsive when we needed anything. We spent five weeks and made a reservation for next year as we drove away! All the pictures are from the back patio.

This place is just amazing. No better place than this bungalow direct on the beach with the best sunrise ever. We have been 1 month there, and to leave there was not a easy thing. Carlos and his wife are amazing hosts. Also the neighbor was so helpful when we needed something. I wish we could just stay there. Thanks for this wonderful time 🥰

It was a wonderful stay. Carlos and his wife took care of everything. The house has everything you need; you don't really need to bring anything. They even provided a grill especially for us. Thank you so much! The terrace is beautiful and right on the beach. There's also a lovely pool in the complex. Thank you for this wonderful vacation.
