I rented an apartment on Veletržní for almost a year, so I can genuinely say that the service was impeccable from start to finish. We stayed in the apartment on Malešická Street in Prague and absolutely loved it. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and beautifully renovated, with very comfortable beds that made it easy to relax and feel at home! The whole process was smooth and pleasant. We received help at every step, all our questions were answered quickly, and communication was always easy and friendly. It really felt like the hosts cared about our comfort. I rented a house through Blueground on a two-and-a-half-year contract. One day, out of nowhere, they announced that they had to pull out of Istanbul, leaving me to sign a direct contract with the landlord. However, they still have not returned the security deposit they promised to refund. ​They have continuously lied and are now unilaterally demanding that I sign an agreement to receive my deposit back in installments over three years. I cannot trust Blueground anymore. ​They also operate in other countries such as Greece and Hungary. To anyone considering renting a property through Blueground in any country, please do not sign a contract with them. You will become a victim, too. This company is completely untrustworthy.

I stayed in this apartment for one month, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. From start to finish, the apartment was infested with ants. The traps and sprays the host provided were completely ineffective. When a cleaner arrived, she removed the measures we had taken, vacuumed, changed the bedding, and the problem persisted exactly as before. We had to throw away food every single day and live in conditions that no paying guest should ever endure. The host repeatedly pressured us to move to an apartment on the opposite side of Prague and leave early, and eventually stopped responding altogether. Despite the infestation being present every day of our stay, he falsely reported to Airbnb that the issue had been “resolved.” The symbolic refund we received (
