Liv student is absolutely best student residency in Porto. I was living in Both LIV student buildings in Porto and both of them gave me unique experience. If you want to live in more quiet and high floors I recommend you the Polo universitario building but if you want to have even more unique experience with lots of joy, pool, ping pong, billiards, gym, karaoke, study room, buffet and quiet area but also community atmosphere then Campus building is your best option. they even have colife building for none students and workers. I shouldn't forget to say about the staff that are amazing and helpful all the time. I was starting my day with a warm welcome and good morning from staff and having my coffee by the pool. study and playing a bit ping pong with my friends. having lunch rest and a gym. If I want to talk about rooms they are also amazing. you would have problem of getting warm in summer or cold in winter while there is good aircondition system. cleaning every 2 weeks. I just can say its like a luxury hotel. I hope you enjoy as much as I did.

I have stayed in this location for a couple of months. Great experience overall! A bus stop is literally just around the corner. The metro station and two very good quality Portuguese supermarkets are within a healthy walking distance. The building itself is clean, safe and overcomplete. I loved the Washtur laundry facililty in house (the service is outsourced btw but I did not notice). The wonderful LIV Student staff is indeed always busy, yet they are very nice and helpful. And for me utterly important: the house rules are enforced!

Very nice student residence, can highly recommend it to anyone planning to come in the future.

good infrastructure, good place to make friends. however, they do nothing if your belongings are stolen, they have tons of camera blindspots, and they say they can't access their own cameras without a police warrant. my belongings were stolen three times and i even gave them information on who took it, and they did nothing, Its fun but its not safe. beware

We stayed at this residence during our stay at the European Innovation Academy (July 15 - August 6), and I have to say that the check in was chaotic (I had to spend almost 2 hours of my time just to get my room) due to poor organization on their part, even when they already knew our arrival date in advance. We came from more than 50 different countries, so many of us had a different experience and travel time; therefore, it is important to say that someone fainted while waiting to be attended by the receptionist. Check out was okay, no comments about it. 1 month and 11 days after leaving the residence, neither my mates nor I have received the return of our deposit (100 euros). There is no news from them even when they have received many messages from us seeking an answer as to why our money is still not in our account.
