Nice Twin Bedroom close to City Park of Viana do Castelo, viana-do-castelo

We had a very pleasant two-night stay here. The location is excellent—very central, convenient, and the surrounding area felt safe. The hotel itself also felt secure and well maintained, with a nice overall environment. It was quite hot during our visit, so we really appreciated that the air conditioning worked well. I also loved the balcony and the nice view. The apartment was well equipped, the bathroom was spacious and clean, and the shower had great water pressure. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The only small improvement I would suggest is using softer, 100% cotton sheets and bedding, which would make the bed even more comfortable. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Nice!

10／10 recommended. location is excellent for tourist in Nice, even though there is no parking provided, there are many public car parks nearby. Room is comfortable, well-functioning AC even in a hot summer day. (In Hong Kong, we have a high bar for AC quality). They provide a glass bottle to fill filtered water in the reception in case you don't want to drink tap water. Service is excellent, very friendly and considerate staff, one of the best experiences in France.

I was in a friend trip with my girlfriend and we had accomodation in this wonderful hotel. We had a great time here and we enjoyed the french vibe of the building combined with the modern design. Because we don't speak french, we received good attention from the beautiful girl at the front office, Paula.

We had a really good stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the service made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was also really good with plenty of tasty options. The only small issue was that bringing our luggage up was a bit difficult, especially with heavier bags. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

A great location from which to explore Nice - you are very close to the beach, and the reception lounge is very nice. A cold/still/fizzy water station and a Nespresso style machine for coffee, as well as some soft drinks that you can buy. The rooms are a little dated and not the highest finish in terms of decor, but very well equipped and the air conditioning is superb. The real standout feature of this place is the reception staff - they are extremely polite, friendly and helpful, they speak English completely fluently, and are generally just wonderful to deal with. Thank you for another great stay!
