While it might not have the same lively reputation as areas like Lenton, the rent is significantly lower. Plus, the convenience of being a less than ten-minute walk to campus saves me considerable time and money that would otherwise be spent on transport. Proximity to friends and campus is invaluable for reducing unnecessary expenses like Ubers.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Student Hack: Be wary of attractive but ultimately unnecessary amenities in student accommodation.
